Coach Palmer’s 1-on-1 training can be tailored to meet your needs. We base our private training on 9 components of development:
Jump Training, Foot Work, Cardio, Dribbling and/or Ball Handling Skills, Shooting, Game Situation (“Basketball I.Q.”), Rebounding, Post Moves (Offensive) and Passing.
ATLANTA CAGERS EAST
The Atlanta Cagers East Travel Basketball Program teaches girls leadership and life lessons. Our primary mission is to educate and encourage, while firmly instituting the ideals of good sportsmanship, teamwork, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority. We strongly develop Basketball skills and a more complete knowledge of the game in a safe environment. We are committed to developing girls to their best potential, personally and athletically, while imparting a love of the game with every player.

KELLY ACKERMAN | PIEDMONT COLLEGE
Loganville, GA native and Loganville High School Graduate (2016), Kelly Ackerman saw action in 14 games in her 2016-2017 Freshman year at Piedmont College with a total playing time of 67 minutes. She scored 16 points of the season with a season high of 5 points against Oglethorpe College.
During her tenure at Loganville High School, Kelly played as a Shooting Guard and Small Forward under Coach Zorn and also for the Atlanta Cagers East under Coach Dodd Rentz.
